9th Grade Reflection in 8th grade I was a procrastinator because I was being home schooled during that time and I never completed any of the work as my school computer was set up right outside of my bedroom. It was also the time I got my very first smartphone, so it distracted me from all my work. I don’t know what happened, but I was sure I was going to fail and repeat home school again, I passed, which made me proud that I could do anything. I did graduate, but not entirely because of all the missing work I never submitted. I didn’t receive my certificate until that July. When I reached 9th grade, I was just as confused as any student would be, because this was my first time in a classroom since I graduated 6th grade, so it was a huge change for me. I was barely passing my classes that year, I was always depressed and confused most of the time, I had straight D’s and F’s. as the year came to a close, my grades rose, I didn’t have any F’s, and when my final grades came in, I had finished with a D+ average and I ended up passing 9th grade. Three careers I am interested in are becoming a video maker, video production manager, and working part time while in college. In My 10-year plan in 9th grade, I said I wanted to be a film editor who in the studios in LA. My desire of a different career has changed significantly since then, and I don’t have the proper editing skills, I decided recently that I would decide to work while attending college. Because I am Super Apple Obsessed, recently decided that I would work in an Apple Store. As of right now, I am studying all the work skills to be a product salesperson, and to be one, you need to know all the specs of every product and know every single thing about the features the products offer, and even every offer they offer. Applying for Apple is a very long process, which gives me enough time to learn all work ethics During the school year, I gave various presentations in my English class, I spoke in a clear, loud voice, along with doing hand gestures I motivated, kept doing the work and I just try not to fail my Junior year. Although I’ve never failed a class, I still fear getting low grades if nothing is done correctly. In the end, my plan is to graduate high school and start working at Apple. Hopefully I’ll be driving by then to afford my own car and gas to get myself places ,especially work.
